Not only have these young players been setting the field alight with their dynamic play for U10’s and U12’s competitions, they have been part of the U10 Development Squad with the SSJCA.
As part of their development program, they traveled out to the SCG to watch and meet players from the Ford Ranger Cup game between NSW and the VIC Bushrangers. Our boys took part in a high time entertainment, playing Cricket on the SCG in front of the crowd, and beamed around the country on Fox Sports.
Walking out onto the hallowed turf of the SCG is a highlight these boys will remember for many a year - I can see them telling their grandkids about the day they played on the SCG!
I had the best time in front of the crowd at the SCG. I’d like to thank the coaches for organising it. THANKS HEAPS COACHES FOR TRAINING US ASWELL.
Next time i play on the SCG i could be in that Baggy Green.
